A Bit About Me

I’m an international student from Mexico with three passports and a family tree that spans continents. I grew up bouncing between cultures, languages, and dinner table debates, shaped by European grandparents and a childhood in Luxembourg. That blend of global perspectives didn’t just shape how I see the world, it taught me that the most powerful stories are the ones that make people feel seen, no matter where they’re from.

At CU Boulder, I’m pursuing a dual degree in Political Science and Strategic Communication with an emphasis in Advertising. I originally set out to become a lawyer, driven by a desire to be a voice for others and make a positive impact. But a few years into my studies, I realized I craved a more creative, expressive outlet.

What I love most about both politics and advertising is uncovering the deep human truths that drive beliefs and behaviors. That curiosity is what led me to multicultural brand strategy, a space where empathy, storytelling, and real world change intersect. I’m passionate about helping brands build genuine connections across cultures and communities, and using those connections to inspire meaningful change.

Work Experience

Advanced Advertising Campaigns (NSAC)

August 2024 – Present

Sustainable Marketing Liaison

May 2023 – Present

Student Ambassador

2022 – 2023

Chosen as one of 12 students for CU’s top ad course, I serve as Account Manager and Strategist for a national client. I lead research, guide our campaign direction, and keep our team aligned across media and creative. We’re competing in the 2025 National Student Advertising Competition.

I led sustainability campaigns that reached and resonated with the student community. From running focus groups to building social content, I shaped strategy through a mix of research and creativity. I also partnered with student orgs and local businesses to broaden our impact, using analytics to fine-tune our messaging and strengthen engagement.

I gave 50+ campus tours a year, sharing what it’s really like to be a student at CU Boulder. I also represented the university at college fairs and high schools, and helped personalize the experience for prospective students with Q&As that improved follow-up rates.
